    For the treatment and control of the following parasites in horses

    BOTS: Gasterophilus spp.(oral & gastric stages)

    ASCARIDS: Parascaris equorum (adult & immature) 

    HAIRWORMS: Trichostrongylus axei (adult)

    INTESTINAL THREADWORMS: Strongylus westeri (adult)

    NECK THREADWORMS: Onchocerca., spp. (microfilariae)

    PINWORMS: Oxyuris (adult & immature )

    TAPEWORMS: Anoplocephala perfoliata. Anoplocephala magna, Paranoplocephala  mamillana (adult- immature- heads-segments). 

    LARGE MOUTH STOMACH WORMS:  Habronema muscae(adult). 

    LARGE STRONGYLES and SMALL STRONGYLES: Strongylus vulgaris (adults and arterial larval stages) Strongylus edentatus (both adult and tissue stages),Strongylus equinus (adults) and Triodontophorus spp.(adults),Cyathostomum spp.,Cylicocyclus spp.,cylicostephanus spp., Cyclic Odontophorus spp. Gyalocephalus. 

    LUNG WORMS: Dictyocaulus arnfieldi (adult and immature).

    LESIONS: caused by Habronema SPP Draschia (Summer Sores) Controls skin lesions, Cutaneous larvae  and Onchocerca spp., microfilariae (cutaneous Onchocerciasis) – when applied at the recommended dose.

    Develop a Regular Treatment Plan / Program:

    REGULAR WORMING to assist in and help achieve peak condition and maintain good health. 

    REGULAR TREATMENT to reduce the chance of verminous arteritis and colic caused by S. vulgaris.

    Consult a veterinarian when developing a worm control program to suit your needs.

    DOSAGE

    Recommended dose rate of 1 mL/ 100 kg body weight (up to 700 kg)

    Of 1 mL per 100 kg of body weight.GoldmectinLV Paste for horses delivers 0.2 mg/kg of IVERMECTIN and 1.5 mg/kg of PRAZIQUANTEL

    ADMINISTRATION 

    STEP 1 Screw the plastic adjuster to the correct weight of the horse.

    STEP 2 Insert the syringe into the side of the horse's mouth (between front & back teeth)

    STEP 3 Dispense the paste to the back of the tongue, 

    STEP 4 Raise the horses head immediately(few seconds) to ensure the full dose has been accepted

    SAFETY

    Harmful is swallowed .Will irritate the skin and eyes,

    (avoid contact). Wear gloves

    • Wash hands thoroughly after use.
    • Not for human consumption,harmful if swallowed.
    • Keep away from children and pets.

    FIRST AID 

    If poisoning occurs contact a doctor or poisons information centre Australia 13 11 26

    MEAT WITHHOLDING PERIOD

    Do not use less than 28 days before slaughter for human consumption.

    STORAGE 

    Store GoldmectinLV below 30 c (Room Temperature)  Keep away from sunlight do not leave in car or other places of extreme heat or where temperature exceeds normal conditions.

    DISPOSE

    Thoughtfully by wrapping GoldmectinLV syringe in paper,then into garbage.
